Born & raised in Scranton, Pa. I Donald Schmidt Jr. grew up outdoors - riding quads, hiking in the woods, playing team sports, & learned early from my parents & coaches what hard work and discipline look like. By 14 I was working my first job as a dishwasher at a place called Neen's Diner. Thank you Neen, for everything you have done for my family and I. You truly inspire me to this day. About the same time is when I started to get a itch for making money, saving money, and investing I was so young but for some reason or another I knew that I can be like the people we all look up to in life, better than i am today. After graduating from Scranton High School and wanting to get away from the same day to day life Scranton brought me I decided to take the biggest risk of my life & join the United States Air Force as a F-16 Fighter Mechanic. Spent years far away from home living in Texas, & New Mexico. Just a few days after I turned 20 I bought my first property in Alamogordo, NM. Which I still own today! After my second life in New Mexico I returned home and realized I needed another line of work, one where my boss will let me work & make some real money. Then I found my third life Trucking & now I'm working consistent 80-100 weeks.

The paths in life I've taken so far have taught me unforgettable life lessons & I'm only getting started. I continuously am looking to improve my mind, body, spirit, & of course finances. But with so many quiet rides on the road I wouldn't be me if i wasn't looking for a way to better my situation. Not to escape the grind, I love to work I truly am a grinder, but maybe a way to scale it. Maybe find a way out of the truck, get back home, stretch my legs, live healthier mentally, physically, socially, & spiritually. Truck driving is not for the weak some say you need a screw or two loose to put up with the lifestyle of the interstate. I may be crazy but I'm no dummy either, I can see that the Trucker lifestyle isn't a sustainable one by any means. Extreme hours of hyper-focused work, away from home for weeks at a time, limited parking spaces make it hard to keep up with basic hygiene some nights, not to mention sitting down all day while the stiffness in your body builds up if choose to not stretch. Constant difficultly of getting to a gym or getting a real meal without getting gouged on the price, all of these are just some of the examples of why Trucking for freedom isn't necessarily sustainable in the long term. That exact conversation with myself is how I came about creating EverGreen Marketing Agency LLC. My true dream is to own Real Estate Properties, Build value adding Businesses that truly make a difference in peoples lives, have geographical & financial freedom, ride Moto, stay healthy, start a family of my own, & in a way be a beacon of light for people who may not think its possible for them. I want to be more, I want to be world class, I didn't make it to the league but I want to score the game winning touchdown & in my eyes, in this life you don't need to be on the main stage to get a ring. I'm serious about my goals & I am willing to sacrifice almost anything to create the life I Envision - not just for me, but for the people I serve.
